Project Brief
A private developer in Ikoyi needed a safety solution for a multi-story waterfront penthouse that wouldn't block the scenic view of the Lagos Lagoon. The client required materials that could withstand high wind pressure and salty air.
Our Solution
We installed 15mm laminated toughened safety glass using floor-mounted stainless steel spigots (Grade 316). This provided a "barely-there" aesthetic while ensuring maximum structural integrity against coastal elements.
